Jocelyn Jones

Jocelyn Jones has been an acting teacher for over 30 years. From A-list movie stars to hand-picked beginners, Ms. Jones is known for offering insights and techniques that enhance her clients’ confidence by guiding them to their own unique perspectives. One of Hollywood’s most prized secret weapons, this legendary acting teacher, coach, and artistic advisor to the stars has served as a confidential Creative Consultant on some of the highest-grossing pictures of our time.
Beginning her career as an actress, Ms. Jones appeared on stage in both New York and Los Angeles, most notably at The Mark Taper Forum, in the world premiere of Christopher Hampton’s Tales from Hollywood, with Paul Sorvino. Her work in motion pictures includes Clint Eastwood’s The Enforcer, and starring roles in the cult classics The Great Texas Dynamite Chase and Tourist Trap.
Ms. Jones studied with Sanford Meisner in NY and Lee Strasberg in LA before she discovered Milton Katselas. During her 17 year tenure, Jones became one of his most valued teachers and taught for him for 14 years. After his death, she founded The Jocelyn Jones Studio, where she prides herself on holding her classes to the highest professional standards while maintaining a nurturing, fun environment.
